Figuratives Bundle

The Figuratives Bundle includes the Ora table lamp and the Mask 1 relief artwork. The lamp and the relief are sold together at a discounted price. This bundle reinforces the sculptural approach that makes Yoca Design unique.

Ora is a table lamp and a sculpture. It changes its appearance. When lit, Ora illuminates. During the day, Ora is a sculpture floating in space. This dynamic appearance offers exciting opportunities to style Ora in different ways. It can live as a bedside lamp, a table lamp in a living room or a desk lamp in an office.

I craft the lampshade and base from corn starch, a bioplastic material. This corn starch material is made from renewable resources. It uses 65% less energy than other virgin materials. Read more about the Ora lamp.

Mask 1 is part of the Masks collection which delves into the complex symbolism of masks as vehicles of identity. In this series, I investigate masks in their capacity to celebrate cultural heritage and their role as shields behind which identities are hidden. Reliefs are sculptures with a flat surface. Because of their flat surface, reliefs can be displayed as wall sculptures. This piece is an exclusive edition of 10 reliefs.

The framed option comes with a 10mm Mahogany stain frame and a backboard painted in an umber brown colour. The relief is framed with a 25-30mm margin to enhance its presence. The relief can be ordered in various colours to suit different spaces. Read more about the Mask 1 relief.
